Rates are based on double occupancy. However, if you would like single occupancy, please contact us for an individualized rate.
Please see below for a few important reminders:
*Deposits are non-refundable, and cannot be credited to another trip in the event that you decide not to proceed.
*Once you've booked, you will receive an email with your travel contract. You must return it within 48 hours.
Our pricing is based on a variety of factors: air, lodging accomodations, guide, transportation, research fees, etc. Many times, we have contracted group rates. A breakdown of pricing will not be provided.
Once your non-refundable deposit has been made, you will receive an invitation to our private Facebook group. In the group, we answer all questions you may have regarding your upcoming trip. The Facebook group allows you to connect with others before your trip, share travel tips, and maintain friendships when you return. If you don’t have Facebook, please notify us and we will share important updates with you via email.
Payment reminders are sent out at the beginning of each month and again seven days before payment is due. It is solely the member’s responsibility to adhere to the payment schedule.
Payments are due on the 18th of each month.
A $5 late fee per day will be applied to all payments made after the 5-day grace period for failure to comply with the payments schedule.
Termination of reservations are automatic after 30 days of non-payment.
Group Travel Refunds
No refund of deposit or payments will be provided to a trip cancelled due to missed payments, if the member cancels, natural disasters or for any reason. There are no exceptions. It is highly recommended to purchase travel protection. Due to COVID, the itinerary is subject to change . This is beyond our control and SHS will not be held liable. No refunds will be given. However, we will add in extra activities/excursions and clients will not have to pay any additional monies.
Personal Booking Refunds
We recommend that you protect your trip. Travel insurance will be recommended to you. You can either accept or decline.
Termination of Group Trips
We reserve the right to cancel any spot on group bookings for any reason.
Full Payment Special
10% off total cost if full payment is made within 30 days of the initial deposit.
Passports & Visas
Passports are required for international travel. Depending on your departure country, some destinations will require travel visas. It is up to the member to make sure all passports and visas are up-to-date.
Sky High Society will not be held liable for any penalty, loss, or invalid passport and visa materials. If a visa is required for entry for a Sky High Society trip, members will be notified.
Room matching is available, but not guaranteed. Anyone without a roommate will be paired with another member if you wish. If you have a roommate, you will be asked for your roommates' information 3 months prior to the departure date. Please avoid emailing us your request after booking.
Sky High Society Social
Sky High Society will hold a social for each groups' trip. To ensure you are all ready for your trip, we will also hold a conference call 2-3 weeks before the trip.

Do I have to pay you up front for my vacation?
No. The deposit requirements are set by the vendors.
How much does your service cost?
NOTHING! Our fees are paid through commissions. You receive the same price for the rooms and tickets you book with us as you would if you called Disney yourself or go through an airline to purchase a flight. In many cases, we can find discounts and other promotional offerings that you might not know about.
How does your service work?
It's simple! Just click the book now link and fill out the appropriate form for the type of vacation you wish to book (hotel only, packages, cruise line, land sea package, etc.) Once we receive your information, we'll try to find the best possible price, and will notify you via email within 2 business days. At that time, we will let you know all of your options. You can also send us an email, or connect with us on any of our social media platforms.
Do I need a passport to travel?
Yes, a passport is required for all international flights. Domestic flights don’t require a passport but we strongly encourage everyone to get one.
Can I book excursions through you? Absolutely! We are a full service travel agency!
Do I need a credit card?
Certain hotels will require to hold a certain amount on your credit card for incidentals. Travelers will be asked to put down a card credit for room incidentals. This hold will be removed upon check out if not room incidentals were changed.
Are deposits refundable?
All deposits are non-refundable.
